This time more than any it’s important to keep your mental health in check. Don’t completely isolate yourself. There are numerous ways to keep yourself positive and happy in a time like this. Get outside for a walk, stretch, call a friend.

I’m sure you have noticed I’ve been adding tons of online events. I am doing this not solely for my benefit but really to benefit others and keep everyone positive. I also offer the events at low cost so everyone can attend. If you still can’t swing it please take advantage of the free trainings on my website and the meditations I’ve opened up free of charge at Jencortrightheal.love

You may not realize it yet, but a situation like this can take a toll on your mental and physical health. You’ll go through stages, just like with any other trauma. Fear, denial, anger, depression etc..

Use this as a time to find God, connect with yourself inwardly, and to detox from life in general.

Let’s stay strong together! My job as a spiritual counselor is to guide people through some of the toughest, darkest times and bring them to the light. I’m going to do that.

Think about now that you’re experiencing a situation like this how does it change your life positively? Does it change your goals?

It’s out of our control, let’s give it to God, pray, keep it movin.
